I wonder how loud he would have squealed to the press if the guy would have went upstairs and told him to tone it down? That would have been "racist" for sure. You just can not win with people who have a victim mentality.
Public outcry when a bakery wont make a wedding cake based on religious beliefs...nobody is really bothered with this sexist discrimination.
That one seems pretty easy to get around. Just declare that you identify as a woman upon checking out.
