    Custom build. Ellers Builders who have an extremely good rep. I mean they build some awesome houses upwards to $1M but I guess this in itself doesn’t mean anything. I’m just surprised because it is a nice house with good outlets and switch’s and fixtures and fans etc. Above mid grade on everything.

    FYI when working with aluminum wire you should always use a special goop that removes the oxidized coating on the aluminum wire.

    Those taps aren't cheap, looks like they are insulated bus bars? never used them before but have a project coming where I'll probably need 25-30 for 8 AWG Cu
