The irony is when this house was built they did run a gas line out back to a cooking station on the patio. Why they decided to go with electric for indoor, I’ll never know.

 

Because they are very easy to keep clean. I bought a nice used Viking gas range for $550 because the lady was tired of keeping
the thing looking like it belonged in a magazine photo shoot. I'm not quite so picky......mostly......sort of....

 

Or since you have 220, 221, get an induction top. "almost" as good as gas.

I agree - won’t take much to run a gas line.... and it’s so much better.

 

Then there's the NG vs. LP issue....

 

Might want to check the return policy on electrical parts before you try that strategy.

Most ovens are designed/jetted for NG. It seems getting a good LP oven presents challenges...

 

Nope they change the nozzle orifice to convert from NG to LP
