hmmm I can find them in stock but I don’t need. Got more stuff just sitting these days than shooting unfortunately…. But it’s tempting

What do people like for car/truck carry? I'd like to have my weapon within easy reach, but I also like not being ventilated by a small town cop who fires at the drop of an acorn. Sticky holster between seat bolster and console works fine for the first part, not sure about the second part.

Find a pistol/holster you don’t mind wearing while driving.

Having a dedicated vehicle handgun does not compute for me, unless its in a safe, like the lockable Console Vault or something similar. Nothing like having to report a gun stolen to your local LEO or ATF after someone does a smash n grab. Like redtail said, just on-body carry in a holster. With my carry setup, I don't even feel the gun while driving.

I have a Stop Box with a steel cable anchored to my seat so I can secure mine when I am at places I cannot carry it with me. Like into the office. Luckily I work off Customer site.

The idea with the sticky holster is remove from vehicle and put IWB when I get out. I'll look for options I can keep on my person while seated. I'm a bit fluffy so hard to get comfortable seated with a firearm IWB.

Anyone going to MotoGP end of next March? I think on Friday the 28th I’m gonna tour Staccato Ranch then spend some time there playing. Buddy of mine from ND is meeting me down there too. If you’re interested and going to be down there, maybe we can help them out by doing the tour as a group and give them advance notice. I have the information to contact them about it. So let me know.

If you’re within driving distance of Ashland VA (just north of Richmond) you should consider attending the Green Top Outdoor Expo next weekend. They have just about everything shooting, fishing and outdoor related with Mfg representatives at the event. Sale prices are competitive with online retailers so chances are, you’ll buy something you need / want or didn’t know you needed :)

Is Armslist still about the only place to sell firearms (other than a gun show)? After taking a bunch of stuff over to WV Labor Day weekend I'm thinking about unloading a few of my items. (sorry for the pun).

There should be some local firearm forums. Not sure what area you are in, but here in Oregon/WA we have https://www.northwestfirearms.com/
    There's one for Arizona/NM https://www.southwestfirearms.com/
I'm pretty sure AR15.com has regionalized sales board, but you'd have to check.

Now that you mention it, I believe we have a similar local forum. Thanks for mentioning that, I'd totally forgotten.

I’ve moved some stuff on gun broker. It’s hit or miss.

I use Gunbroker to see what I should price certain items but it's so huge I don't think my ad will be seen as well as a local one. Plus I'd just as soon deal with someone in person.

The gunclub I belong to has a bulletin board in the main building, where people put up 3x5 cards of what they are selling.

I also like to sell local but if it doesn’t sell I add 20% and list it on GB and it’s gone the first week.

Putting a micro dot on my AR for rapid shots in hunting scenarios. Already have a mpvo primary optic. Tall turrets so I don't know if any of the clamp on tube pic rails will work. Would rather not spring for a new mount with a diving board. For now I'm going with a simple 45 offset pic rail plus a riser to get height where I want it. An Arasaka offset mount is the best solution I've seen so far. Anything else out there I should be aware of?
