No. Samsung Odyssey

 

Good starter, but no where near as demanding or quality as the higher end systems.
My Index would not even run with the minimum system requirements suggested for the Odyssey.

We are pretty much all on Discord all the time. I still prefer Teamspeak but I'm not willing to die on that particular hill.

 

Erik is running the new LMP2 car which replaced GTE on Tuesday Nights.
I'm running GT3 on Monday's. Mark is taking some time off from the league.

iRacing Week 1 started this past Monday night.
PRL is 1 week behind. So we start next week.

I've been on iRacing for a week now. Was winning my first race last night (Ferrari GT3 race at Suzuka), when the guy behind me ran straight thru the last chicane with 2 laps to go. I was expecting him to have to slow down for the black flag, but he didn't. Then after the race, I thought he might get DQ'd, but the official results have him winning and me in 2nd. I guess I should have filed a protest, but I had already exited the game, so I couldn't figure out how to save a replay to submit with the protest.

Still, I've been very impressed by the quality of racing even with just a D license. Compared to Xbox Live racing, it's fantastic.

 

Nice. iRacing updated the slow down penalty to where now you have a set amount of time to do so.
If you play it right, depending on the amount of time the penalty is, you can do it without losing a position. I try to serve mine in the corners where I control someone from passing me.
