Scary write up right here. NK (or anyone else for that matter) doesn't even need an ICBM. If they have the ability to launch a satellite they can detonate an EMP nuclear explosion.

It was probably found on Hillary’s server, and since we know she didn’t have anything classified on there it is obviously fine for public international consumption.
