Don` claim to know what happened, but; Think the van maybe knew the roadblock was there? Estimated speed? Sounds legit. How about some facts before they sum up?

 

Watched it. I think he intended to drive around also, but their investigation seems based on theory. If they can`t produce facts, why bother?

But you know the van could anticipate the roadblock was there and knew when to stop where is Levoy was surely surprised and faced with decisions that took time that the van did not have to make

 

How would they have know the excact placement of the roadblock when following?

 

For crying out loud...have you factored in the treadmill? Wind speed? Thrust Vectors?

 

They are law enforcement you would think they would know there was a roadblock up there by radio contact

Surely all members of law enforcement new that roadblock was there

You don't suppose they might have had a radio in the copter that they might use to warn the following officers that they were approaching the roadblock...

I don`t think it matters, in my opinion he was planning to go around.

But to say they can determine what happened as far as stopping distance and intent, don`t see it.

Haven`t seen a vid with a good soundtrack as far as his shooting. His passengers are claiming he was shot with hands up and was grasping his mid section, not going for a gun.

Yes, but as to the exact location would be hard to determind with the exception of what IYC stated below. However, that was a FBI Helo, and Oregon Statties behind him, usually, they are never on the same frequency..
