Saw it a few weeks ago at Atlantic Station in "Screen X." Screen X was not worth much, IMHO, over a standard screen. And, at $20, that's the last movie I will see in a theatre. And that was with me being the only person there. The movie itself was entertaining.
It's not horrible. I actually took the kids to see it at one of those dinner theaters a few months ago and we enjoyed it for what it is.
I saw her in BTTF, but didn't know who she was (Lea Thompson had my attention 100%). I've only seen her in a clip of the movie where she is stuck in a Target all night - a song from that movie is one I like, and a YT vid uses clips from that movie with the song. That is all I know about her. My assumption is she has plenty of seat time on the old casting couch to get all those forgettable roles.
Probably not enough of them for as much as they filmed and possibly they don't want them on camera that much too
Watched it on the flight to paris a couple weeks back Fine piece of theatrical recruitment for the meat grinder
Probably......and I'm assuming the Felons were all CGI right? EDIT: yup https://www.fmjlaw.com/summer-enter...ut-top-gun-maverick-but-you-know-you-want-to/
The explanation in the movie was because of the GPS jamming in the enemy region, rendering the Navy F-35 and it's GPS-guided munitions ineffective. In reality, I'm sure the real Navy didn't want the F-35 participating in the movie either for OPSEC or cost reasons....
Check out CW Lemoine's youtube channel "Mover Ruins Movies". He does a review with another F-18 pilot and while they both love the film, they do give a hilarious play by play evaluation of what would have been real and why that would have made for a very bad movie.
