i would buy normal things. donate a bunch, payoff parents mortgage, live off the interest, and then just get off the grid.

Then I think I'd just start travelling and I'd buy a place when I found an area I digged. Definitely a bunch of acreage in Colorado/Montana. Place by the ocean in CA. Condo in downtown Chicago.

Of course bikes, cars, HAAS, Bridgeport, etc etc etc.
