Recent readings have all but destroyed my naive belief that anything in DC is not politically tainted, the DOJ and their prosecutors in particular. It isn't about justice, it is about career advancement and win at any cost.

Started reading "License to Lie" about the Enron/Anderson/Merrill fiasco. Realized I used to go to HS with the author. The he has plea deals that have zero to do with the original case or even Trump. Including the lied to the investigators one that is why I would NEVER talk to the FBI as it is I cannot catch you at anything so I will charge you lying. Then you have Manifort which is an old case that was originally determined not worth charging and unrelated to the campaign. Oh and this all while ignoring anything Democratic with evidence. His biggest hope is to trap Trump in something he can claim is purgery. Oh and finally almost all special prosecutors are on a witch hunt. Remember the Valerie Plame fiasco where they new early on who gave the info out and how yet carried on 'looking'. Special persecutors tend to spend a crap ton of money 'catching' people in process crimes. That applies to when either party is being 'investigated'.

No I remember hannity talking about, but wasn't sure who made the request the FBI or Congress,just looked and it was the FBI, not sure how she got out of that. I wonder if she destroyed them before getting the Sopeona, that's the only way I can see a justification for not charging her, out side of that. Lock her up sounds more than appropriate.
