Why didn't Manafort lawyers research the warrants? Surely they could figure out these were based on second hand info and bring this up in court? Reading Hope Hicks transcript, Manafort was an outcast in the campaign and she had little interface with him.
One of the many reasons the inspector generals report that was due "any day" has been delayed. That whole special counsel needs serious scrutiny and prosecution if warranted.
