Jackson House? When I lived in Harrisburg that was the hot spot for cheese steaks.

Jackson House is awesome but this is a new place that just opened up in Broad St Market just down the street. Jackson house uses chopped top round. I think the ribeye gives a better flavor.

The survival of the fittest scenario is true, but the reality is quite different. There are currently thousands of football players making a sustainable living playing the sport at many levels, plus athletes from other sports who put the same dedication in and have a significant expectation to be able to make a living and retire based on the market value of their skillset. How many "professional" roadracers are there in the USA, really? If young talent helps drive a sport's popularity then this has to be considered as a real factor. The avenues for a racer to go home with money in their pocket (net) have progressively vanished, and that needs to be addressed or our beloved sport will continue to be the fastest people who can afford to pay to be there alongside old people like me who just enjoy racing.
Say what you like about Millennials, they can do the math.

Look at JD, 2 time supersport chanmpion and no ride announced yet. Greg White saying during the broadcast he might go back to flat track if he doesn't get a superbike ride. Hopefully that doesn't happen and if it does it shows just what kind of shitty situation US road racing is really in. I understand the dream but some of these younger kids and their families may need a reality check.

John was also watching closely what happened to the 2014 AMA Supersport champion in 2015. That sent a strong message to us about expectations and results.

Makes sense. Also, beach is really close to Roger so if Rog can influence Suzuki decision on who to put on the bike I’d bet he would give the nod to JD.

That story doesn't exactly back up the whole "California sucks and businesses are fleeing" narrative, does it? 75% racing budget reduction means all they can afford is Atlanta now. Sucks for them, and I assume for us as well.

So now the rumor is (insert Mis moving out of CA and off to Gallup NM. They will set up on Tribal land while also being much closer to the home of their only paid factory racer, Eli Tomac. They claim NM is the most business friendly state in the US, especially when on tribal land that is both federal and state tax exempt. This move willl also allow them to share in the Casino and gaming profits of the local tribe. Kawasaki claims they can pay minimum wage to the employees that move with them and will not have to offer salaries to the locals they will hire in the area after the move. The cost of living in the area is reduced to almost nothing as housing, food and health services are all free and covered by the tribe. About the only thing one would have to purchase is beer and maybe doors for your house.

Kawasaki’s President was quoted as saying “I cant believe we are the only ones that have thought of this”.

And this is a joke in case any of you actually believe this bs.

Hopefully they are referring to the Yosh spot, and hopefully it's confirmed. All it says is rumors, we all know he was rumored to be on the list.

I’m more interested in Graves cutting ties with Yamaha.

It's all rumor mill shit so no point in discussing it.

On Graves, my rumor mill is indicating they'll be taking over the Superbike gig. Yamaha factory is out. Not sure what's up with 600's.
