Holy crap, we had Goetta hot dogs in Kentucky. They were pretty good if I remember right. I think that stuff is big in Cincy.

German thing, only see it in the US around Cincy really. Pork and pin oats (steel cut oats) and spices made into a sausage. Basically it's just sausage with so much oats as filler it's got a different flavor. Pan fry it and put some syrup on it and yum
