For FucksSake..."At this point What Difference does it make"...If Paula Deen or her mouth breathing dumbass brother make racial jokes or used curse words to describe or demean people who worked for them, or viewed Porn.

Perhaps it was their upbringing that left them devoid of any feeling for anyone who is not the same skin color they are...or maybe they are actually asshole racisit....It's not like they kept them chained up or locked in a cellar, or forced them to work for them, starved them or beat them.

At the point someone treats me in a manner I don't like, I am done with them..I don't keep going back.

its just a disagreement of perception. I strongly believe that some regulation is needed to prevent employers from taking advantage of the weakest or most historically oppressed among us.

That doesn't sound plausible.

Black staff had to use the back entrance to enter and leave restaurant;

If there's a staff entrance, then that's what employees are expected to use.
Common situation.

Black staff could only use one bathroom;

If there is am employee bathroom, staff is expected to use only that bathroom. Not unusual.

Black staff couldn’t work the front of the restaurants;

I don't see how that could be possible, but some staff certainly could have been told to stay out of dining areas. Back of the house jobs require getting dirty and sweaty, and dressing accordingly.
If they're speaking about wait staff or hostesses, who knows, but that's not what the article says.

 

I am not quite as "fight prone" as I used to be. This is a direct by product of discontinuing unnecessary hormone treatment. Turns out sleep apnea and low T look the same symptom wise. Now I make my case three times and then move on as none of this is worth a true emotional pissing contest.
