Wide angle, usually end-zone view. Most broadcast tapes don't show the defensive backs, especially the safety, until a pass is thrown. In some formations on the broadcast, you can't see the offensive players split wide either. The coaches film shows everything. It's like sitting in the nosebleed seats, but with higher resolution. No idea where they get it though. I thought the article made some good points. But, I don't think those points really supported the end conclusion. I could be wrong, but the Falcons haven't lost by double digits since the pre-season. Even on the road in week 6, at Seattle, against a healthy defense, they managed to score 21 3rd quarter points.
Coaches film "All 22", meaning it shows all 22 players on the field at one time. http://www.nfl.com/coachesfilm
I heard a stat that surprised me this AM.... Ryan never won a Playoff game outside of Fulton County.....
Yep, hence the fans reluctance to go hard core for him. However this years Ryan isn't the same as previous years by a long shot - win or lose he's stepped up a bunch.
It has the makings for an entertaining game. What's the over/under? 60 something? It might come down to a last possession, or even better, end in a controversial penalty that gives the Pats the win.
I didn't even think of that - even if the Falcons win it'll be Goodells fault for the refs making bad calls or the like. No way the Pats can be actually beat
Falcons cruise 31-17. JJ has monster game. Falcons LBs stuff the run and hassle Brady into two picks. You heard it here first.
