6.5 and also an 8 gallon on an sv? WTF? Do we need to just add saddle bag gas tanks on the lwt's to see who the real "ironman's" are in this series? (wait, I think mine is 7gal already...)
45??? why not 65? Must show your medicare card to enter! 20 minute stints, max, with mandatory nappy time in between.
I agree with Dave675, and don't see the need for a major change in the rules, with one exception: the 400's should be in LWT, not ULWT. This change is non-negotiable for the non-400 riding ULWT race teams!! Also, I must say, a 4 hour solo LWT race is intriguing... If changes to the rules are to be made, perhaps N2 could put out a "proposed rule change" and organize a meeting in which representatives of teams that raced this year could attend (ZOOM meeting?) to provide comments and feedback to N2 before the final rule set is issued? That is almost too democratic, but could be hilarious, and we need some off-season laughs. Either way, CLE Racing will be there, in LWT and ULWT, as the schedule permits. Dave S
Last time I rode there was shit, 8 or 9 yrs ago and pavement was fine. The layout sucks and it's flat as a pancake. Jennings sucks too...
There's nothing wrong with the rules, they should stay as-is. Before anyone asks, we (CRT) have done every round since WERA/N2 restarted endurance racing.
Jesus titty f-ing Christ, 100Gs is put up on the line and people all of a sudden want rule changes because they aren't competitive and want special classes so they can feel good and get a trophy. Go back to yellow plates or do what I did, run a team and hire fast riders...
Easy there officer... Wow - you guys managed to annoy Mike to the point of expletive and comment...dang.
Well, if we are being technical... adjective GRAMMAR (of a word or phrase) serving to fill out a sentence or line of verse. What do I win?
If anyone thinks the rules are going to change for the classes that already exist you are going to be disappointed. They will NOT change. The rule changes would pertain to a “stock”. If it (stock class) even exists. There is no way we are going to punish teams that have already built larger tanks, etc. So please if you are running any of the existing classes do not hesitate to start you build or worry about the bike you are running. So build your bikes and line up your “ringers” because I know several teams have already started getting commitments from their “ringers” for next year. Ride safe, AAron
