go to the contractor company websites and search their job opportunities. Also, call their recruiters. I started in 2004 when the need for knuckle draggers with mil/LEO experience were needed for PSD work.
The timing of me seeing this thread is pretty funny though as I was just listening to Billionaire by Travie McCoy
I feel rich. I never worry about where my next meal is coming from. I never worry about how I'm going to pay my mortgage. I never worry about putting clothes on my daughter. I get to go to the track and play with my toys at least once a month. What more do I NEED?
Money in itself causes no problems. I'll tread close to the dungeon envelope. It's like a loaded gun. By itself it poses no harm to anyone, it's when it's pointed at another thing with a finger on the trigger that it has the potential to become a lethal weapon. Money has the potential to to be incredibly beneficial (i.e. Bill Gates Foundation, etc), or a pain in the ass if your the one picking weeds in someone's backyard. Funny, my boss was just blasting it out of his office right now.
it's not 'wasteful' to trailer a vehicle hundreds of miles, essentially go in circles for 60 laps, and then trailer it back home?
The answer was in the first several posts. 1. Live within your means, do not go into debt. 2. Save. 3. Compound interest is your friend. Get a job @ age 21, assume 50K per year salary. Invest 15% (625/month.) Stock market has averaged 12% return since inception. Assuming you never get a raise and your employer matches nothing, you're still a millionaire before age 45.
dont forget to never put your SS# on a w-4 and i dont mean to open a can of worms with that one...lol
