Finally finished a lower with the offset I want for my street bike. I also blasted the covers with some glass.

 

That's nice work. my skillset isn't there yet.

 

Those cases are nice, but you should chamfer those holes. Nothing sexier than a nice 3d chamfer.

Fabricated an exhaust hanger bracket to accommodate a Yosh R-11 on my K6 GSX-R . 3/16" Aluminum 6061 and anodized Cobalt Blue. I have a few other hand made bits here and there no pics though.

 

Back to standard shift on an '02 R1 with Graves rear sets.

Well, nobody has posted anything for awhile, so.....did this over the weekend. Top clamp for airhead BMW, with bar clamps. Universal luggage rack. Easy stuff, but still fun.
