Don't care for NFL, and haven't watched a Super Bowl in ??????..... heck, I don't even know! For whatever reason..... I'm gonna watch this one. Kinda would like to see the Patriots win, so Goodell has to hand the trophy to hopefully Brady, but know the coach usually grabs it first, if I remember correctly. Then again, most of the Patriot players have a ring (some more than one), so would be cool to see the Falcons get their first. I'm going with Julio and the Falcons! 28-21 Cast your vote...... who y'all got?
Atlanta. Cuz I brought em good luck. I was in Chicago when Cubs won and I'll be in Atlanta for the Super Bowl. You can take that to the bank!
I want NE for the same reason as you. But then we're gonna have to put up with reading masshole's shit, so I have a dilemma there.
Atlanta 55-52 on a field goal with 5 seconds left. Belicheck (sp?) calls time out at the last second to ice the Falcon's kicker. The kicker still kicks the ball, but misses the FG. Some controversy ensues, but after further review it is determined that time out was in fact called. Falcon's kicker puts the second kick right down the middle. Falcons kick off, and the Patriot's return team plays pass-the-buck for 25 seconds after time runs out, then fumble the ball. Falcon's defender recovers it and could score, but takes a knee to end the game. Brady and Ryan combine for over 900 yards passing. Neither team punts the ball once. Lady Gag-Gag reveals his true gender in a halftime show wardrobe malfunction.
Brady would be too much of a gentleman. I will be counting on the coach to grab the trophy (Papa will, too I bet) and they better have a microphone right there to pick up the exchange.
Well if the Pats win, I hope Brady can give "the look" to Goodell. But, I'm pulling for the Falcon's. I even have $100 on it, with 3 points to Atlanta, against Masshole with the Pats.
Why I want the Pats: - So Brady can smile at Roger - Howie Long's son Chris, plays in New England, and I think it would be cool to see him win a ring - Coach Bill's press conferences crack me up, he always looks so uncomfortable Why I want the Falcons: - They've never won the SB and I kind of like to not see the same teams win all the time - Dwight Freeney's had a great career, and it would be cool to see him go out a winner - Julio Jones is a FREAK I have nothing riding on the game, but I'll relax with some A&W root beer and enjoy it.
