Gutted to just get the WSBK email that Victor Steeman passed away after his crash and injuries.. the guy was unreal in the 300ss class, often coming from the back of the grid to finish at the front. Sad stuff. https://www.worldsbk.com/en/news/20...8&l=97_HTML&u=44403982&mid=100010275&jb=19006
While it's very sad that Victor passed, he donated his organs and that helped 5 other people. He and his family did well to help others. RIP, Victor. https://www.cnn.com/2022/10/12/moto...5f0adeeae7ac988f2eb7a6d8&hpt=ob_blogfooterold
Why this guy doesn’t do a true podcast format is beyond me. I hate trying to listen to long audio on YouTube.
That was a really interesting edition. I sensed Stanboli really enjoyed the trip. Seems getting the most out of the front tire was pretty big, but he also acknowledged the level of performance in WSBK. It was good to hear they really weren’t down on speed the way it appeared, rather just a case of Jake already on the brakes where those speeds are taken. Though the Ducatis were on the brakes already too. I’m pretty sure Attack will make improvements after that experience.
It's so rare to get such a transparent, behind-the-scenes look at what happens in a pro motorsport team...I LOVE these Ask a Superbike Genius livestreams!!!
