Lobbying is a basic constitutional right (to petition) and outlawing it is crazy. Term limits are OK but the most effective thing is to make EVERY law expire after 5-10 years and repassing it takes a super majority. ALL regulations expire after 50% of whatever the duration is chosen for laws to expire. This would keep them busy and make it hard to create more things that infringe on freedom. Plus any turd passed expires.

 

There is an interesting chart comparing the use of social services by the native population vs immigrants broken down by race and immigrants use more than those born here in every category except blacks. Black immigrants use fewer services than native-born. They also have higher average incomes.
