I thought they moved a few years ago? But you are pretty connected, so maybe they left a few key people back here that didn’t want to move?
Anyone know anything about Wrench Motorcycle pulling out of racing? Seems like there is some kind of issue with Moto America?
I noticed yesterday that they use https://www.gamecreekvideo.com/ to generated the video feed but I assume they have nothing to do with the app side of things. Two massive, custom trailers on site. They say they do major NASCAR and sportsball events. Presumably those work OK. The Superbike feed audio is 20sec ahead of the video on replay! I rolled out yesterday while superbike was still running. Just west of downtown Millville, it was raining HARD. Bullets were dodged.
It almost always rains for MotoAmerica weekend at NJMP. Can't remember the last time it was actually sunny all weekend
How much time do we think could be gained with a fully rubbered-in track? I was surprised to see the Superbikes were just up to their pre-repave times by the end of the weekend.
Wrench has been around for quite a long time. Maybe they are shifting to Dirt or some other platform? Losing a team out of the paddock is difficult but hopefully that trailer ends up in another paddock.
In my experience in karts and with cars, enough they would be on or under the old LR pace. Also enough it’s going to effect the set up too. Even on those rinky dink K1 karts, there is a second on a 40” lap in a warm / rubbered track vs cold / green. Another weekend where the track just never got a chance to rubber in but I think most race tracks are fastest on their second year after a repave anyway.
Isn’t Wrench a one man band? Making swingarms, engines, etc just seems like a lot on top of running a business.
Happy that Herrin got it and was pretty classy about his "haters". He shut them up and wasn't foul about it. Looks like he matured this year and if Warhorse runs two bikes next season, he could be an early favorite. Any silly season rumors yet? I'm thinking Cam P is out?
Meh, Herrin's still a childish douche. But credit where it's due. He won that championship with indisputable consistency. And he did so on a bike that multiple world class rides have failed to produce consistent results on within the US. Can't say his performance this year wasn't impressive.
His interview came off that he is butthurt at the world still. I dont see any maturity at all in that interview. Hats off to his season. He earned it but is very bitter.
Anyone find out why Cam boobie titties struggled? I never saw anything on it. Clearly he was having issues beginning of both races. Bike did not look good underneath him. Wonder if he comes back on that bike or Attack can entice him back. They seem lost too.
Someone on here pointed out that bike seems to be a knife edge. Very narrow performance window. And once I read that, it does appear to be a bit more obvious.
