"The airspeed velocity of an unladen swallow is roughly 20.1 miles per hour." Oh no! There goes the topic train. Again!
Listen here! Strange women lying in ponds distributing swords is no basis for a system of government. Supreme executive power derives from a mandate from the masses, not from some farcical aquatic ceremony.
I'm prepared to give the lady of the lake a shot. Randomly assigning someone to lead a political movement is a bit silly, I suppose.
Spies would have been successful in any career role. Had he chosen to be a carpenter, he would now be the CEO of a very large residential developer.
Redding is back in WSBK so scratch him. Interesting catching up with this thread. Glad to rad people like Stanboli noticing RL. Give that kid a superbike and I think he will win in the first season.
Okay, I can finally reply to this because it’s lived in my brain rent free long enough and I’m still openly laughing at it. Bravo. :cracku: And you got my second like this year.
I am also wondering if we will see a rise in sponsorship next year. I was told the viewing numbers are quite good and that the social media has really blown up. I hope it's true. A team like Tytler's with a 5 time all American Champ should be able to attract something.
Let me preface this by saying I am a massive fan, think they are doing a great job, I am thankful for Live+, and really liked the the new platform.... IDK what constitutes quite good and really blown up but viewership and social media numbers regressed this year. Even factoring in Youtube/Facebook, their views and total hours fell off a cliff (Live+ was particularly startling). On social media numbers they made more posts and had less interactions/engagement/etc. Take Barber for instance, in 23 they 37 IG posts with 2.5M impressions, this year they had 42 IG posts with 1M impressions.
Certainly seems there are some primo seats up for grabs with Passch not looking like he is back at Hammer. JD Beach seemingly sturggling at Tytlers and t second Yamaha rumoured up for grabs. Even the Warhorse seat is not confirmed. I am wondering if Scholtz and team will move up. It seems like the owner has some $$$.
Cam P to Honda (that is the rumor). No word on the 2nd seat. Strack has backing from Yamaha and will stay in SS. While nothing has been confirmed, the strategy will most likely be with 1, if not 2 R9's. Yamaha has sent out invitations for the test launch to teams from each major series. The strategy is 2 R9's per team. Again, nothing confirmed. Also, I don't know if Scholtz has a contract or not. I would love to see Scholtz and Xavi together. Peter Strack is a young VC guy and is having fun with the program. I hope he keeps it going.
