I jave hears that 12-14 hours fasting everyday can bring great benefits. I find a little difficult to do that though.

I pussy out every time I tell myself I'm going to do it. My MMA coach swears by it though.

Agreed - it's a good 50% higher though. And people aren't remotely sicker now than in the past, that is pure and utter bullshit.

What’s your regular diet look like?

Edit: wait, are we talking about the “a” topic or the “i” topic? :D

    Lol

Keto adapted. I know I should likely be the perfect candidate for a fast, I just like eating too much.

The stats would disagree with you. We may be living longer, but we are spending more of that time chronically ill.

 So dying from illness is the better option, got it.

We all die from the same thing...death. The rest are just symptoms leading up to that event.

I’m the same way. It’s habit. I’m just used to the routine of eating. I can get past breakfast and lunch if I stay busy but the evening is tougher. I need to just fight through because I’m not eating because I’m hungry.

I flat out get hangry. More than about three hours between food and I'm pissed off for no reason. Was like that before Keto, still like that now. Most likely it's simply conditioning, but I lack the will/desire to do anything about it.

Not only that but infant mortality rates are substantially lower now than in past generations. It doesn't take many zeros mixed in to lower the average life expectancy.

We are absolutely getting sicker and sicker. There are plenty of factors, and I'm 100% certain that obesity is one of the biggest ones. We just flat out eat too much, and all the wrong shit.

I’ve been battling a sore throat and fatigue for a few days. Would you mind fasting for me, a fellow Pantera fan?

Some folks might be so delerious after fasting that fisting might seem like a good idea. Not speaking from personal experience, of course.
(Yes, I know I probably set myself up for abuse, haha)
