From what I read and heard previously, White Box made a somewhat incredible proposal where they take over all the debt (and the company) by agreeing to repay other creditors even more percentage back than PMG. It definitely felt more hostile takeover-ish than earnest negotiations. I don’t really blame PMG for ignoring them and focusing on getting Bajaj to invest further so they can keep control of the company. Also, unless there’s some hidden magic box inside of the White Box, they were just promising money they don’t have and don’t know how to make. Seems like kicking the can down the road for an even bigger problem in a few years.
Husaberg was created by the remnants of Husqvarna Swedes who didn't want to work for Cagiva in 1988. In 1995 KTM purchased the company to get a modern 4 stroke motor. Which became the KTM RFS motor. In 2003 production was moved from Sweden to Austria. Then in 2014 Pierer bought up Husqvarna, and decided they didn't need both brands. And closed Husaberg.
Looks like there is a possibility of PM coming out clean debt free by the end of April 2025. There are rumors that there is a cash offer on the table from investors to pay the 30 percent all at one time and not take two years to pay the debt. It looks like the creditors would rather take 30 percent now in cash than wait for more money later. They think that if they liquidate the company than the creditors will only get 15%, so we will see
If I was a creditor, I wouldn’t be too hyped to sign and approve of this plan. If they can raise enough money that quickly to pay off every creditor 30%, they can surely pay more. The creditors didn’t provide 30% of the goods and services. They deserve more.
The Austrian government, supplying manufactures and labor unions will be very eager and supportive of finding a resolution which prevents BMW from purchasing and moving KTM to Germany.
KTM built my XCRW 450 with the decompression valve made to spin the wrong direction and would do shit to fix it, so no need to figure out the path that got them here
This is a National Enquirer level complete BS article. IMO, Crash.net has less than a 1 in 5 ratio of truth to fiction in their articles.

Germans love trying to manufacture in India. They also love running head first into brick walls. Do what?
