To use up one of Yamaha's engine allocations and then move to Aprilia for the remainder of the season?
Maybe he has been feeling that he is intentionally has had his bike "turned down" to aid Quartararo and now that he is leaving wants to prove the bike is slowing him down. All nonsense for sure, but you are dealing with a personality that has to constantly convince himself he is the best motorcycle racer in the world. Particularly tough when occasionally... he is. For sure, crazy stuff at any level, particularly that level.
Someones gonna need to fill me in on this backstory. For some reason its not ringing a bell. Maybe because I rang my bell?
I'm not even sad to see his sorry ass go. There are plenty of riders who would be grateful to have that ride. F@ck him.
I still don't understand why they would make it public he is going to another team. That shit should be kept completely quiet. What it does is it makes it for a drama filled reality show and then shit like this happens because he's a rich cunt anyway and is pissed that yamaha probably turned the bike down so he can't ride to his potential. Why even let him ride the damn bike then? To parade around? Then he's like... " Fuck this Yamaha". OVER REV POP EXCESSIVELY
Wouldn't it be hilarious if it turned out to be a bad sensor making it look like he was fanning the clutch? Lin Jarvis: "our bad Mav...but fuck off anyway"
This is common sense stuff. If I find another job I keep it secret from my current employer until I know the new job is for sure thing. Then I put in my 2 weeks. Then it's up to my current employer if I stick around for that 2 weeks. Typically the current employer will say "Good Bye and good luck with your new job"
Not sure what line of work you're, in but thats not been my experience at all ... I also don't work under contracts negotiated by opposing legal teams.
