Ho lee cow!
nifty... there is a shop in San Diego that knows them well & stocks parts.
That's like winning the lottery ! It's probably worth 2000x that ! Good catch, dude.
BTW that guy most certainly hated his ex's guts lol
Dad of the year! Very cool story.
Send a picture to Barber. They might give you some info on the sidecar. Worth a shot IMO
Congratulations to your daughter major score even at a higher price. Also Spitfire says a bubble like on the batmobile and he would ride the sidecar....well then he grumbled about machine gun mount.... maybe she shouldn't give him a ride.
Bravo RD!.....now thats a score!
It would seem this really belongs in this thread.
Seriously, very cool.
NOW....if you see another one....Denise would totally dig on having something like that...the side car for Brick, of course.
That’s awesome. If I ever get in your neck of the woods, I would love to see it.
Spectacular score, pays to be unique. You should send the guy a bottle of Kentucky's best bourbon!
That's cool. Dad for the win!
Don’t bring the Vespa to VMD. I eeerrr Someone may steal it. But if you do, let me know where you’re pitting.
Awesome find. I have my eye out for one for my parents. Maybe I can use yours to beat the guy down on price a bit.
Congrats, great dad move!
The red tape is insane these days, particularly when for tax purposes a foundation is involved. I’ve had to turn down a lot of major donations of equipment, as a lot of foundations now want you to effectively pay them to serve as a go-between.
Congrats. I'd love a vintage scoot myself to pick up milk and bread, one day.
It sounds romantic, but a Yamaha Zuma will accomplish the same task and is way more reliable with widely available parts.
