Totally agree. I figured it would unbolt easy enough and wasn’t going to be too picky, since I can’t afford even the base Corvette.

Cmooon man, they've been at it for a bit longer than Corvette, no??? ('it' being mid engine sportscar)

Also, if Chevy wanted to make a $1.1M car they likely would have come up with a more tricked out pony than the C8 is. Where's Ferrari's $60K fun car
    ??? Exactly.

And before any journalist can test the car, Ferrari will send a team to the track ahead of time to tune the car for that circuit and they'll bring one for straight line acceleration tests and one for the road course. The cars will also be one-offs that make more power than the customer cars.

Ferrari is basically Harley-Davidson for richer old people.

    :stupid:
Remember when Ferrari blacklisted Chris Harris for being honest about their cars? He had to rely on customer loaners to review their new models for a while.

~Every~ manufacturer does this. Be it cars, tires, PCs, video cards, etc. ... they try to stack the deck as high as possible for them.
Not to mention flying them to places like Monterrey/Valencia/etc. for them to test new models.

This tells me you know nothing about cars.

You probably have a "3" sticker on the bumper of your S10.

No, every manufacturer does not do this.

You and Steeltoe agree. I pity you fools.

Candidly speaking, they all do it.

You probably think all politicians have the voters' best interest as a priority.

Candidly speaking, no, they don't. Ferrari is notorious for their obsession over what journalists might say.

Didn’t Ferrari refuse to give Top Gear cars for a long time too? Then when the FXX was on there it was Schumacher driving and he “got lost” before completing a full lap.

To their credit they aren't as bad as Kones-n-eggs who have never showed a wheel at any group test, track test, independent review ever. Ever.

Go find video of any publication with an independent review of any Kones-n-eggs model vs anything else. I'm not saying they don't make cool cars. I'm saying when the rubber meets the road Christopher sends a press release instead.

    Who cares? These are cars.

Cars are for the infirm and the timid. Just sit on the machine and hold on. Like a man.
