Shaft. Must be watched from the back seat at a drive-in theatre in 1973 while accompanied by a pretty girl.
So many on my favorites list I keep forgetting about…… Until the end of the World The Time Machine Journey to the Center of the Earth Both Dr.Phibes movies.
Inthe best movie from a book and to continue the Tom Clancy theme, Hunt for Red October was pretty darn good.
Never watched Pulp Fiction until this thread mentioned it. Does not qualify to be listed here. Of Mice and Men ( John Malkovich and Gary Sinise) is more worthy
P fiction is a sheer utter masterpiece of self absorbed human nature amongst other things..the Christopher Walken/ Bruce Willis watch story...it beyond hysterical. It can be a harsh...dialogue..but the characters are incredibly original... It's on a Special level of Special..
This movie, is one of my favorite movies ever! ONLY this one..not the shitty American remake...watch this one!! I hope you can find it and enjoy it. Subtitled...but takes nothing away from the incredible story that unfolds
Or Black Sheep. 2006, not the Chris Farley David Spade stupid one. I'll claim the bonus points for poultrygiest.
The original Old Boy (Korean) was a favorite of mine for a while. Never have or will see the Spike Lee version. Superbad is pretty hilarious if I was trying to pick a comedy. Most movies aren't that re-watchable to me even if I loved it. Other than the 10,000 times I watched Top Gun as a kid.
Some others: Napoleon Dynamite Ones we take for granted, best movies of our lifetime: Star Wars/Empire/R. of Jedi Raiders/T. of Doom Rocky IV Back to the Future: Not one boring second in this movie Was so great to be a kid in the 80's.
