    BTW - I have to commend AMA racing for putting out that release. It's refreshing to read explanations 'direct from the horse's mouth' as it were.

    Good move by AMA.

    Well, at least until a certain somebody does the follow up interviews I know will occur to cross check every single statement. I'm withholding opinion until then.:D

    Wow. That is truly a different AMA. Nice to finally see they understand they need to explain what is going on to the racers & fans.

    And does anybody have an idea who is gonna get the AMA Ban award? :)

    the red flag situation concerning tires was explained clearly enough but it still doesnt explain why team latus was allowed to work on the bike under a red flag. i know they explained that all rules had been followed but when has a team ever been allowed to work on a bike under a red flag? i dont care enough to go research the AMA rulebook but i am still curious.
