It was both. After we watched that movie, the wife started calling me "Gorilla George" because of the way I am around the house. She says I have a bad temper and im always doing shit too hard, breaking shit, and knocking shit over. After watching Rampage and seeing him run through the city tearing shit up, she was like "I know EXACTLY how they feel" She said she was going to get everyone offshore to start calling me that, and I told her that was some bullshit. She was the only one who could get away with it. And apparently a mod though everyone should call me that. Motherfuckers.
Alright Alright..I grew up here in So Cal...Sunset Strip in it's heyday.. I get it..let's reclassify it. "Glam " hair metal. But " Green Day" OMFG..What a waste of ...Never could stand them...trying so hard to emulate Sex Pistols etc.. Desperately trying to convince people they were relevant.... I remember suffering through one of the rock and roll Hall of Fame shows where they introducted another band, that they were going on and on about themselves about how rowdy and rough around the edges they were.... OH PLEeeeeese. Must have been Nauseating...to have to hear that Crapola... And did any of you suffer from that Covid compilation they did..Green Day covering the Bangles "Manic Monday" I just about spewed... Talk about Bud Light moments..
Knock me over with a feather. I didn’t have to scroll through three screens to get to the end of the post.
My favorite movie depends on my mood and frame of mind at the time. I have a list of movies I love, but in the wrong frame of mind, I won't want to watch them. LOVE me some "Tombstone", and that's almost a guarantee MUST WATCH when I see it on the menu, but I have it to watch anytime I want sans commercials. She said that "Midway" was on....Charleton Heston, Henry Fonda.....I haven't seen that in years....LOVE that movie....I'm watching Japanese carriers get dive bombed now and loving it!
