What video were you watching? At no time during the contact is Joey's head in the video frame.

 

Sorry I'm not willing to judge someone else based on third- and fourth-person accounts and a 40-second video. Try your tough-guy shit on me at the track and see who gets thrown out.

 

Watching the one in the link provided and his head is most definitely in the video. The rider on the right making contact looks right at him. It was around the 19 second point when he had passed then slows up when he could have just continue ahead of Benny. Hell after the contact he passed and immediately added a gap.

I will say I don't think he was trying to push Benny off the track but I most definitely think it was intentional and malicious.

Just so we are clear, I wasn't the one being a tough guy. That was Mr Boost.

I'm no tough guy but I do get paid to deal with them.

In Boost's defense, this issue wouldn't be as bad had the rider in question taken up his displeasure with Benny in the pits or in the paddock.
