    The teams that have a "no Dad" rule in the paddock are the smart ones. If it's just Dad wrenching for Son/Daughter, they need to remember that they reflect on the team, because they ARE the team. What they don't realize is, some Dads kill more chances at a ride than help.

    I had to develop a code of conduct for parents to sign when their kid does an athletic camp through us. Sad that we have to have those, but you see, they are necessary.
