I didn’t see anywhere in there that alleged they did. The question was raised but nothing implying they did.

 

Has it been determined that they actually shot the sign?

 

They won't be charged with any thought crimes, but they will damn sure be found guilty of them. It's naive to think otherwise.

 

For me its like a cat napping. I fall in and out of it hundreds of times a day.

 

That has already happened.

 

If they shot up the sign they should be punished (no idea why this is Federal). Otherwise they are just tasteless morons that any sane person should shun. This is up there close to vandalizing a grave yard.

Though I agree with Fonda on the thought crime nonsense.

 

If it can be proven they shot the sign, they will be prosecuted. But, unless they admit to it, it will very difficult to prove.

 

Unless a bullet is recovered from it or something behind it.

 

They deserve the same punishment as the current governor of Virginia. That seems fair.

 

Finding one in good enough shape to be identified will be tough...hard target vs soft target. Thats the 5.56, the shotgun, not a chance.
