The former, of course! The help is awesome, and it's just plain cool to have your favorite person there cheering you on! Julie comes to all my races, and I go to all her equestrian events. I wouldn't have it any other way!
My wife won't let me go to the track alone. She even spent $100.00 U.S. on a set of stopwatches about 8 years ago so she could do my laptimes and the competitions. She cleans wheels, takes tires to the tire guy and cooks gourmet meals at the track for the Team. I couldn't go to a race with out her now! Now we have the same group of racing friends and there is almost no complaining about the amount of money that it costs.
hhmmm, this chick isn't too thrilled about going to the track, she's a nurse, so that has something to do with it as well.......
