So very saddened to hear of this news. I got to know Pete in 2008 when he held track days at Road Atlanta on a Monday/Tuesday, which followed an STT track day event at Barber the previous Saturday/Sunday. This was my first "double header" track event and 4 days of paradise for me. Pete, you will be missed dearly.

The fellow that actually hit Pete is a very skilled rider. He's also a devout Christian. He is dealing with it as best he can as there was no room or time for him to avoid hitting Pete. For those that may not know them here is a picture. I did my very first track day with them.
