How many roadies or crew travels with a performer like that? Like one for each band member? More? Less? What does your crew do if their roadies load them in and out? Stage curtains and lights?

I think we had like eight locals for load in they worked four hours.

Only dept heads stay all day which is me and three other guys.

Also one runner for the production.

Catering got me in a food coma bout to get back in my hammock.

Lighting is two sticks of truss, five rigging points. Audio is a baby line array two rigging points. Handful of moving lights and conventionals.

Stage is a rug. Not even a drum riser. Four or five guys I really haven't paid attention I was in the hammock for sound check.

 

Cool, I figured about one for each band member... pretty close.

Of course. Up on the mid rail because I haven't gotten any couches for the crew yet.

The L acoustics Kara system sounds fking amazing. Tiny boxes completely filling this room.
