I am not sure why you blow a breathalyzer on the beach (I would have asked why before doing it). But she provoked most of that. Seemed a bit excessive but not enough I would find the cop guilty from what I saw.

The initial contact yes but when the cop says you are under arrest from then on she earned it, sorry.

 

My point is though, NEVER should have been an arrest!

Pretty sure that’s illegal.

The thing that sucks is that had she had a non confrontational attitude (after being called out for underage drinking) she probably would have had to pour her drink out and maybe a ticket.

But because she wanted to be tough, she got a facefull of fists (after she assaulted cops first)

So yea..... she fucked up all on her own.

Is there a video showing here kicking? At 3:56 she has both feet on the sand and her hands up as if to protect herself as he grabs her, then she's on the ground and he's pulling her hair.

 

Three punches to a lightweight girl's face? So what if she kicked me. It wouldn't hurt. I think I would be very embarrassed to be bringing a tiny girl in to a courtroom with facial damage cause I couldn't hold her down to put cuffs on her.

There's a difference between a full grown man assaulting a cop and the cop needing to protect himself than some 100 pound girl who he's pummeling in the back of the head as she's being held down.

Thinking that as soon as violence has happened (no matter how small or inconsequential) the cop is allowed to exert whatever amount of force he wants to (particularly on a restrained suspect) is bootlicking mentality at its finest.

 

Sometimes members of the most privileged group of people in the world earns an ass whipping.
