Actually both have likely devolved LOL However I think the items you pointed to are more a case of someone going which way the wind blows rather than a party shift. The Democrats have and still are invested in breaking people into groups and catering to the assigned needs (of course that is assigned and I think you would agree no group has a monolithic opinion set) Sadly the Republicans have been doing this more and more also.

But I guess if you are catering to the Jase' of the world you need to stir people up and get them mad Either way there used to be a sayin' 'fuck ya if you can't take a joke' Maybe if we all smiled a bit more even at jokes we personally perceive to be bad (and that is your perception only as all my jokes and sarcasm are perfect) then everyone's days would be better.

Geebus dude. Papa gave you a life line. Do what you want but he’s being more objective and fair then you probably deserve. I can’t imagine keeping a level head like he does with all the stoopid in this place.

All and all, this place; although having some pretty strong views and responses, seems to balance out OK in the end. Why stress over this. Far more offensive things have been posted. Relax.

 

Back on topic. Just heard Florida is also considering following in NY footsteps of allowing ex felons to vote. No surprise the Democrats are leading the charge.
