I wonder about the flex of the current ktm frame vs a Yamaha... thinner wall thickness steel might help Could be a lot of things just assuming that's part of the issue(and you know what they say about assuming lol)
This. If he goes the way of a test rider he'll be done forever in GP. He has a bad rap now for giving up and no GP team is interested in signing a 30 something that may just give up. Moto2 next year will be his best bet. I was listing the D.Emmett the other week and it seems that Zarco was unaware that the was signed for KTM. I've been saying that I didn't blame him for going because of the money but it's clear now that he no interest in the money and may have been screwed over with he KTM ride. I do hope that goes to Moto2, smashes lil Marc and the rest of the M2 field and shows that he is still a great talent that shouldn't be overlooked for a good ride in GP.
Zarco speculation aside, top speed on the Ducs and Honders is head and shoulders above the rest! That's somewhat expected to be a little faster in a straight line but 10km's is impressive.
We know Honda can create HP on demand. I wish they would share some of that knowledge with the road division.
Fabio and Rossi over Marc in FP3. Very interesting. Looking forward to qualifying. Top 6 all under Fabio’s time from yesterday. That’s impressive.
For what? MM93 is so far beyond being in his head, I think he just screws with him because hes bored.
Rossi in 12th with 1 min left on the board. Pulls a rabbit out of the hat and ended P2. Sure, MM followed and bested, but MM was already in 2nd or 3rd on the board. Rossi almost started from 12th...
I think you're right. MM puts out just enough to win. He know the edge of the bike's performance where everyone else struggles to find it.
