Looks different to me, subframe mounting, steering head weld plus other things.
They should be 108mm spacing so that means they should work on any Japanese radial brake'd bike.
Brembo calipers but still using the same POS master cylinder? I hope these are available soon and have some really cool engine updates!
I noticed that weld looked like it had been moved back a bit.
I'm gonna wait for someone to crash one and pirate me a set of those calipers.
Thanks for pointing out the Brembo's calipers because thats the only way I can tell the difference between this and say uhh.. the 2006 model.
Really Suzuki.. take a chance on styling for once. I promise it wont hurt.
Nose and tail fairings are way different than on 06.
I bet the race glass will bolt straight on an 06+...
You and me both.
kinda what I thought it looks like an 06/07.
Big Piston Fork
BRP would be BUUUUUUUUUURP
i bet that anyone only wearing a t-shirt, shorts, and flip-flops will look good riding one of those
How would one adjust the pre-load in those forks? Looks like it's a special tool, if not, maybe a 36mm socket or something?
Preload adjustment is on the bottom.....along with the springs.
Front end looks nice.kinda like the 04 05.The best looking year imo.
I haven't looked at an 08-09 but the shock mount and linkage on the bike above is waaaay different than 06-07. Swingarm actually has an arch in it as well.
I cant believe i am going to say this, but that makes me want to cheat on my 600RR....oh well she's been a dirty whore lately anyhow...
I remember reading Jensen describing how he got his 09 6R to stop chattering once he switched the cartridges to 25mils..
Wonder why the crazy S bend in the header?
