Where did it state she was underage? :confused:Someone said she was hot, haven't seen any pics myself so wanted to do a little surveillance work, something RAYRAY sounds like he is familiar with.

Take your tea and cookies and kindly shove them up RAYRAY's ass just on the general principal his kid is at a minimum is a dirt bag.:moon:

Now back on topic...over at that site that won't be mentioned. RAYRAY said the cops took $70,000 in cash. Who the hell has that kind of cash around. I don't make that in a year. Smells fishy...can't wait to see the verdict.

Anyone know if court tv is carrying this???:Poke::D

These are your own words regarding the house. They speak for themselves:

"Each location has a chop shop charge to it. 3 houses, 2 storages, and a commercial building. Steven's activities were his, not mine. I can say this about his house, His girlfriend at the time said she was unaware of any wrong doing, so if you believe her (I do) then either a) he wasn't doing anything illegal at his house, or b) he was very careful to conceal his activities. As far as my houses, I was not doing anything illegal at either house. I used my house in Avondale to store bikes that I bought on Ebay or Craigslist and I also stored my 10 sets of brand new race tires in a temperature controlled bedroom. The rest of the house was vacant. The house was for sale at the time. I don't think there were even any tools there. My vast collection of CCS trophies were there, so I assume that the police confiscated them. My garage was completely emptied by the police. They testified at the grand jury that I would arrive late at night and drop bikes off, giving the impression that I was out late at night stealing bikes. They could have told the truth, that I left for L.A. early in the day, and would arrive back late that evening. Months later, in his deposition, the lead detective admitted that during their 7 month surveillance, they never saw me load or unload any stolen bikes, nor did they ever see Steven or myself ever stealing bikes.

I cannot talk about the 2 storages or the commercial building. These areas have evidence that if I were to talk about it, the DPS may "lose" the evidence, or try to form some sort of excuse to explain it, and then it would make my defense a bit more difficult."

It's the presumption of innocence Clarence Darrow, a legal concept that means that an accused is presumed innocent until he is proven guilty beyond reasonable doubt, at the end of a trial and appeal.

Ray's daughter is a sweetheart. She is also becoming quite an accomplished racer. She has done nothing wrong but go to school, and show up on race weekends. If I'm understanding your post you really need to shut the hell up about his daughter. She is far from a dirt bag...

No worries. I like my posts to be shrouded in fog. :D

I was just stunned when I thought you were calling an innocent 16 year old girl a dirt bag. I was like WTH???

My bad...I should have read your mind. :D

Just found out RAYRAYs daughter is 15 so all previous request for pics are withdrawn. Sucks to be her and hopefully she can lead a normal life. Kids at that age can be extremely mean so hopefully she isn't catching to much shit at school and she has a couple of level head adults around to help her through all this.

I wonder if I can get one to use on myself.

  12. Yes, these words speak for themselves. It shows how they have put together a case based upon either deception, or incompetence, or a combination of both. Hey, this case has dragged on for over 4 years because of the prosecution, not because of my lawyer.

Even as I write this, they have put me in a bad position because they admit that they destroyed the surveillance logs, which would clearly show my lack of any wrongdoing, and of their lies regarding a lot of what they have said in Grand Jury proceedings, or in depositions. This tactic still won't work for them. They are still going to lose. As I have said, I have the truth on my side.

My response to Anthony's comments: Although I have come to expect the worst in most people, I am very disappointed in your opinions. Oh well, I would still help a fellow racer out in the same situation. I am happy that I could help when you needed it. I know you promised me a six pack, but I don't drink. After the trial, you can get me a six pack of cream soda!:)

Vanessa is 16. See how misinformation starts? Anyway, she is a great girl, and anyone that knows her is very proud of her. She home schools so that she can get her credits sooner to get ready for college.

With cookies, I think milk goes better than iced tea.

Well, time to go. Trial awaits!

I've met the Hymers at Miller. Hung out a little and they seemed like good people. That said I HOPE that none of this happened. I HOPE that we can still trust our fellow racer and because I know zero FACTS about any of this I will reserve judgement. Ray if you are truley innocent I hope you are found so, if you had anything to do with any of this I hope you get a long sentence and get a gay porn star for a cell mate.

Bringing Rays daughter into this thread was weak, dont fuck with someones 16 year old daughter.

innocent or not, you are a moron for discussing anything on a public forum before the trial.

Please ask your lawyers to dismiss the case on "speedy trial" grounds if that is the case.

  17. Arizona's speedy trial law is 4 months. They can get around that by having time excluded for delays, continuances, etc. In this case, they dropped the charges a couple weeks after the original arrest. Then, a year and a half later, when my lawyer filed for a summary judgement to get all of my money and bikes returned to me, their only way to fight it was to file charges.

    http://courtminutes.maricopa.gov/docs/Civil/092007/m2846836.pdf

Criminal charges will put Civil things on the back burner (inactive calender). Then, they had the case remanded back to the Grand Jury when it was found that the lead detective lied to the Grand Jury. I had also filed a Trebus letter in 2006, informing the court of my desire to testify if they ever took the case to a Grand Jury, and they failed to do so.

    http://courtminutes.maricopa.gov/docs/Criminal/082008/m3332707.pdf

So they took it back to a new Grand Jury, and, by another Trebus letter, I had again requested the chance to testify, but was not called in to do so. That Grand Jury was in January of 2009. I could have fought to have it remanded again, but I wanted to get the ball rolling, and get on with my life.

Well, anyway, I went to court today, and they continued the trial until Monday of next week because of scheduling problems. Sheesh!!!
