Court cramming or packing is actually an old concept. The oldest mention I can find of it is 1937.

And yes, a few lunatics suggesting something is exactly what I see. The problem is "abolish ICE" was the ravings of one lunatic just a few weeks ago but now it is becoming a mantra quite quickly.

    From the article:
What a crock of shit. The democrats are why we don't have a society of mutual respect and shared prosperity. They ARE the fascists. They want forced respect of single sided views with zero opposition to their totalitarian bullshit. They don't want shared prosperity, they want those that have earned their prosperity to have it stolen by force and given to those that refuse to do what is necessary to earn it.
They want basic human rights removed so everyone must bow down to their supreme rulers.

Democrats see the courts as the best way to impose their policies.
We are talking right now about one man having the power to make the rules.

One of the reasons that abortion is the contentious issue it is is that an incredibly controversial subject was decided by 9 people rather than the representative government that we have to work out such problems. Roe v Wade just short-circuited the whole debate.
The success of that lawsuit showed the way to the Dems, since they ended up with a situation they could never have achieved in Congress or state legislatures.
The pro-abortion side in the case could not believe the outcome of the case, they never expected to get half of what they ended up with, which was unfettered abortion up until the moment of birth.
Obviously having SCOTUS decide issues was the way to go.

Tried by FDR (D) and implemented by Hugo Chavez. Traditional tactic of dictators and socialists.

Dems in full swing trying to obstruct confirmation of any of the final four Supreme Court nominees. Going on about how the Justice will deny woman healthcare rights and their access to affordable care. It’s sickening the level of BS they are spouting about how if any of them get placed on the bench the R v. W is certain to be overturned.

Nevermimd that even if it does get overturned the decision will place the responsibility back with the individual states to make the decision regarding abortion etc.

Patty Murray is going full Pelosi. While Chuck isn’t too far behind. Both are crying like little girls. LOL.

The decision to change from 60 votes that they started is not seeming so good now is it
