This all sounds like the same kvetching(although a bit sooner this time) during his time at Ducati and yet his last few races on the Duc he turned it around.

Lorenzo has always ridden bikes that were previously designed around his teammate, until he came to grips with them.

Remember; he landed upside down quite a few times before he got himself dialed in on the Yamaha...

 

Also, no idea how one forgets to turn off his rev limiter. I mean, I think you would be focused on making sure the launch control was engaged.

Who was the rider a couple of years ago who rolled up on the back straight to practice starts and did a moon shot after neglecting to engage the launch control. That was epic, the other rider just looked at him like, wtf man.
