Hey Dave I thought you had a thing for those, thought of you when I saw it. I can pick it up and store it for you if you want. https://watertown.craigslist.org/mcy/d/brownville-oldskool-gsxr/6796615410.html
Dude, don't show me stuff like that. I'm broke, the kid needs new cleats, the mazda is gonna need tires and the cats need braces to fix their crooked teeth. A thing? Dude, it's more like a raging boner. Greatest motorcycle of all time and second most important in influence and design.
BMW will be the only ones using Nissin brakes; http://www.speedweek.com/sbk/news/138431/Alleingang-von-BMW-Was-Sykes-zu-Nissin-Bremsen-sagt.html
Not sure. It’s got all of two tests on it against bikes with years of development... .5 back ain’t bad imo....
Some sexual goodness in the form of close up pics of the Factory BMW bikes: https://www.asphaltandrubber.com/wsbk/2019-bmw-s1000rr-worldsbk-photo-gallery/ I noticed Sykes is using only a thumb brake (no brake pedal to be found on his bike) and they are using what looks like a molded plastic subframe.
So...isn't Honda supposed to be taking this WSBK thing seriously? Season is around the corner and haven't heard anything about them testing. Are they rebuilding the entire bike from scratch or something? Quick, start an internet rumor that they are going to debut their new V4 superbike at PI.
There's photos of the Moriwaki Honda up and it looks pretty alright. Moriwaki knows what they are doing and with HRC backing them and Althea doing the crew and logistics. . . No idea on the V4 but that rumor has been going on for years, decades almost.
Cue the excuses before the season even starts from Melandri... Perhaps Beaubier needs to have his agent earn his pay.... https://www.crash.net/wsbk/news/912354/1/melandri-yamaha-not-responding-my-riding-style
Rumor mill is running into overdrive with an 11th hour deal in the works for Ten Kate, Loriz Baz and Lorenzo Savadori!
