    In Your Corner It's a little-known fact...

I think Giacomo Cimini’s 2003 film Red Riding Hood was the last one I watched that I'd consider a foreign film. On Netflix, I believe.
It's about "the misadventures of a young girl acting as a vigilante, delivering violent justice to thieves, rapists, murderers and thugs with the aid of her imaginary, wolf mask wearing friend, George".
It was different. No subtitles, it's in English.
    Not bad.

Old Boy, the original not the remake by Spike Lee is supposed to be pretty good.

There are a lot of those action type b movies that I'm pretty sure are foreign. Everyone's accent just seems a little "off". Hitman is the first that comes to mind.

    How about The Red Balloon?
    Or Un Chien Andalou?
Worth watching if you can find them.

^^ this movie's like a Scooby Do ending in that it shows different outcomes based on what happens at certain times. Like instead of getting delayed by the train, you make it on THIS happens instead....

Or you trip and fall, and your running now THIS's a rad flick, good looking girl, German, good times. Lot's of action.

Speaking of Kung Fu, there is one called "Ip Man". It is based on the true story of Bruce Lee's master. So, you can imagine how bad assed Bruce Lee was, well this is the guy that taught him. It's based in the '30's when the Japanese were invading China. Besides the martial arts, the story is really, really good. It stars Donnie Yen as Ip Man. It was released in 2008.

There is also Ip Man 2.....I'd also recommend that one too.:up:

Unless you happen to know the actual
story of Ip Man, in which case that movie will just piss you off.
