Chris and Jamie would ride with us in vintage on Saturdays in the V5/V3 races as well so we consider them a part of the vintage family as well. We had some great battles at Tally this year - the most fun I had all year. Close, hard racing but always clean. I always felt that watching Father and Son run nose to tail in formation was what WERA racing is all about and always brought a smile to my face whenever I would see them. You will be remembered - RIP.
So sorry to hear of your loss Jamie. While I did not know you gentleman, it is obvious that your dad was nothing short of a fine gentleman! May he be remembered for all of his contributions to his family and friends. RIP Chris; GODSPEED. Stay strong, celebrate the life. terribly tragic news ....
I do not know Chris or Jamie, but this was very hard to read today. I don't know why, maybe it's the accumulation this year, but it seems to hit harder every time. Rest in peace, Chris. Jamie, most sincere condolences to you and your family.
