A business that is willing to take your money with no intention of refunding when they cannot follow through is a thief. Even after Jason stated he would not be able to refund anyone their money due to his illness, he still continues to take money and orders. Sounds like a thief to me.

 

To me it seems he's kiting his products similar to a check. When he gets some $ it's paying for someone elses stuff months prior. He's a thief.
