I have guests paying 200 grand a week to eat the food I'm cooking so it better be spot on. There are a lot of marinades to make beef jerky, dry it out, its beef jerky, if you want it hot add chilies, if you want it sweet add sugar

I need to get my ass back in gear on this and try making a few batches.....I was watching a video on youtube and the guy was making jerky with an air fryer. He described the finished product as a bit more on the still moist/tender side as opposed to dried/leather consistency. Any of you fellas have any experience making jerky w/ an air fryer?
