I can agree that there is one person that should get their money back for that college degree if they have one. I'd tell him who that person is but he just quit again.
Just got an email from my company "total value statement" Meaning how much they say I make totalling up salary, benefits, etc. They're including employer Social Security and medicare contributions as part of my retirement, that's socialist as fuck because if I follow all of their other recommended retirement stuff, I'll make too much in retirement to qualify for a lot of this stuff.
I have no dog in this fight but your future returns to the BBS are going to get increasingly embarrassing. Especially if you don't space them out more.
Because I pay towards medicare and social security as well as the employer contribution. However, if you make too much money in retirement, meaning you actually saved and invested, then your benefits are reduced and/or you have to pay additional for the exact same medicare coverage. So if I make more money, Me and the company pay more money towards medicare and if I continue to make a lot of money in retirement then I have to pay even more money on my medicare premiums for the same medicare coverage as everyone else, that I already paid more towards.
I first found out about it when I serviced medicare plans. I was helping a woman who was upset about something her plan didn't cover so she made a comment about having to pay more for something that isn't covered because of her income, both medical and prescription coverage. She told me not to work hard in life because someone is just going to take it away then you'll still end up paying more for the same thing as everyone who didn't work.
What she forgot to tell you is she gets a bunch more cash out of social security than those who made less. She's only looking at one portion of her retirement. If she didn't have more coming in monthly she wouldn't be paying more. Basically she's doing great and pays a little more for her healthcare.
The hero and the victim all wrapped up into one. Where have we seen this before. LOL You’re running yourself off.
Maybe someone can teach him how to play music off an iPod through a PA system so he too can be a bad ass DJ.
Doesn't change the fact that she's having to pay more for the same benefit. All you're doing is shuffling money around.
